Billed annually or billed monthly on the 15th of each month ​​  **Each Additional Unit must be added (is not included)** ​​ What we do during your visit: ​ Heat Exchanger Inspection: We use cameras to check for cracks to prevent carbon monoxide leaks. ​ Safety Controls Test: We verify all limit switches and safety shut-offs are working to protect your family. ​ Burner Assembly Cleaning: We remove soot and debris for a cleaner, more efficient burn. ​ Draft & Flue Analysis: Ensuring dangerous exhaust gases are venting outside properly.

Mini-Split Maintenance
Deep Clean & Sanitize
billed annually or billed monthly on the 15th of each month  **Covers the first indoor/outdoor unit of the home. Each Additional Unit must be added (is not included)** ​ What we do during your visit: ​ Blower Wheel Deep Clean: We remove the buildup of mold and mildew from the fan wheel (the #1 cause of bad smells). ​​ Filter Wash & Sanitize: We clean the reusable mesh filters to restore proper airflow.​​ ​ Leak Search: We check the flare connections to ensure no refrigerant is leaking.

Water Heating Protection
Water Heater Maintenance (Tank Style) ​ Best for: Standard gas or electric water heaters. ​ What’s Included: Annual safety inspection and flush performed during your scheduled HVAC visit. We check for leaks, test pressure relief valves, and clear sediment buildup to prevent premature failure. ​​​ ​ Tankless Water Heater Maintenance ​ Best for: High-efficiency on-demand systems (Navien, Rinnai, etc.). ​ What’s Included: Mandatory annual flushing to remove scale and mineral deposits. Includes cleaning the inlet water filter, checking flow rates, and inspecting the exhaust venting.

Media Filter Replacement ​ The Problem: Dirty filters are the #1 cause of system failure. ​ Our Solution: We provide and install one high-efficiency media filter per year. We handle the dirty work and ensure the right size is used to maintain proper airflow and efficiency. ​ ​ Electronic Air Cleaner (2 Visits/Year) ​ The Problem: Electronic filters lose effectiveness quickly if not washed. ​ Our Solution: We perform a deep clean twice a year (Spring & Fall). We wash the pre-filters, scrub the charging grids, and clean the collection cells to keep your air pure. ​ ​ Air Scrubber Maintenance ​ What’s Included: Full system inspection to ensure the UV bulb is active and the honeycomb matrix is clean. (Note: Replacement bulbs are billed separately when needed). ​ ​ "Filter Supply" Program (1" Pleated) ​ What You Get: A full case of 12 pleated filters delivered to your door. ​ Why Join: Stop buying cheap filters at the hardware store. Whole-Home Humidifier Service ​ Standard Humidifier: Includes replacing the water panel (pad), clearing the drain line, and testing the humidistat for accuracy. ​ Steam Humidifier: Includes replacing the steam canister (cylinder), performing a system drain-down, and checking electrical connections for safe operation. ​ Dryer Vent Cleaning ​ Why It Matters: Clogged dryer vents are a leading cause of house fires and high energy bills. ​ What We Do: We professionally clean the vent line and lint trap to remove dangerous buildup, ensuring your dryer runs safely and dries clothes faster.
